- Understand and implement the Institutional Educational Project (PEI) and the curriculum(s) assigned.

Participate in the design, development, and implementation of the subject area plan, curriculum plan, and other activities and projects related to the assigned area.
- Develop and monitor the planning of educational activities, learning experiences, and school events, aligning them with the curricular guidelines established by the Ministry of National Education, the international curricula implemented at each school,



and the institutional educational projects.
- Design educational experiences and activities that support students' development and holistic learning objectives (cognitive, socio-emotional, cultural, aesthetic, communicative, and transcendent/spiritual).
- Develop monitoring, follow-up, and record-keeping processes for the indicators under your responsibility. Demonstrate a proactive and positive attitude (showing enthusiasm and passion for teaching) to continuously improve pedagogical, administrative, and community-related work.
- Promote a positive organizational climate by demonstrating openness, respect, collaboration, analytical thinking, reflection, and constructive criticism, contributing to the growth of the community and strengthening teamwork and the sense of belonging to the institution.
