Our client is a personal injury and defence law firm that focuses on providing a high-touch, personalized experience. They’re seeking an experienced, proactive technical expert to take complete ownership of the firm’s search engine optimization, website management, and organic online visibility.

About the role:

We are seeking a versatile, results-driven Web & SEO Manager to drive organic growth, optimize digital assets, and establish the firm's authority across modern search channels. This role requires a self-directed marketing professional who does not need day-to-day direction, but rather brings a solid, battle-tested strategy to increase organic traffic, keyword rankings, and high-intent client conversions.

The idóneo candidate will have extensive hands-on experience handling technical SEO, keyword research, localized search (Google Business Profile), and website management/WordPress hosting migrations. Beyond traditional search engines, you will be responsible for optimizing the firm’s footprint for AI-driven discovery engines (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity) to ensure maximum visibility in modern search environments.

US law firm experience is preferred.

What you’ll be doing:

- Develop, implement, and lead a comprehensive organic search and website optimization strategy designed to increase high-intent inbound leads and conversions.

- Manage and maintain the firm’s website, including WordPress administration, CMS management, hosting migrations, domain handling, and site structure updates.

- Execute technical SEO audits, site speed optimizations, schema markup implementations, and fix crawlability/indexability issues.





- Perform strategic keyword research focusing on high-converting legal keywords, local intent, and search volume to guide content updates.

- Optimize content and website architecture for AI search technologies (LLM discovery engines like ChatGPT, Gemini) alongside traditional search platforms (Google/Bing).

- Manage local SEO, including Google Business Profiles (GBP), local citation building, and review acquisition strategies.

- Monitor, analyze, and report key performance indicators (rankings, organic traffic, conversions, technical health) using tools like Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Ahrefs/Semrush.

- Plan and deploy SEO-driven web content, ensuring proper on-page optimization.

Who are we looking for?

- 4+ years of experience in SEO and Web Development for U.S. Companies.

- Proven experience maintaining and updating websites on WordPress.

- Strong understanding of technical, on-page, and local SEO strategies with a real track record of moving rankings and traffic.

- Demonstrated understanding of optimizing content for AI discovery, generative engine optimization, and LLM-driven search tools.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Experience in marketing for law firms or other competitive, high-intent local services is preferred.

- Proactive, self-directed worker capable of identifying technical risks and recommending solutions independently.
