Responsabilidades

- Apoyar en la causación y registro de facturas.

- Realizar conciliaciones de proveedores y apoyar en el seguimiento de diferencias.

- Registrar y mantener actualizada la información contable.

- Brindar soporte en actividades administrativas y operativas del área financiera.

- Apoyar en la legalización de reembolsos de viaje, anticipos y gastos de tarjetas de crédito.

- Colaborar en la creación y actualización de proveedores relacionados con los procesos de legalización.

- Dar seguimiento a solicitudes de anticipos y reembolsos para asegurar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos internos.

- Apoyar en la orientación a colaboradores sobre políticas y procesos de gastos, contribuyendo a reducir reprocesos.

Lo Que Buscamos

- Estudiante de programa Técnico o Tecnológico en Contabilidad, Finanzas o carreras afines.

- Conocimientos básicos de principios contables y registros financieros.

- Manejo de herramientas de Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel y Outlook.

- Atención al detalle y organización.

- Habilidades de comunicación y servicio al cliente interno.

- Disposición para aprender, trabajar en equipo y aportar nuevas ideas.

- Capacidad para gestionar varias tareas y cumplir con plazos establecidos.
