Content Marketing & Community Coordinator

Location: 100% Remote (LATAM)
Schedule: Full-Time, aligned with U.S. business hours
Rate: USD $1,100/month, depending on experience
Contract: Independent Contractor

About the Role

There is Talent is looking for a hands-on Content Marketing & Community Coordinator to manage the day-to-day work of our small marketing team.

This role has three main priorities:
- Manage the marketing team: Organize priorities, assign and follow up on tasks, monitor deadlines, coordinate projects, and report progress and results to management.
- Drive content production: Personally create, edit, repurpose, schedule, and publish a high volume of content, particularly for LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Develop community partnerships: Build relationships with entrepreneur groups, business communities, associations, podcasts, newsletters, and other networks that can introduce and recommend There is Talent.

This is a hands-on position. We need an organized executor who can manage people, produce content consistently, conduct outreach,



and follow up until projects and conversations generate results.

This is not a paid advertising or technical SEO role. You will coordinate the specialists responsible for those areas.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Coordination
- Manage the daily workflow of a small marketing team.
- Translate management priorities into clear tasks, owners, and deadlines.
- Follow up on deliverables and hold team members accountable.
- Coordinate projects involving content, SEO, paid advertising, social media, and our websites.
- Run regular marketing meetings and maintain the team’s project-management system.
- Track key results and prepare concise reports for management.

Content Production
- Manage a high-volume content calendar across company and leadership profiles.
- Draft, edit, schedule, and publish content, with a strong focus on LinkedIn.
- Edit short-form videos, podcast clips, reels, images, carousels, and other social media
