What will you do?
- Contribute to business growth by achieving Power & Process objectives for Heavy Industries across South America through the development of strategic opportunities and customer engagement.
- Act as the Technical Sales Consultant and trusted advisor for Power & Process solutions within Mining, Minerals & Metals, Energy & Chemicals, as Heavy Industries segments.
- Support regional Sales teams in identifying, qualifying, developing, and advancing P&P; opportunities combining process automation, electrical power systems, industrial software, and digital transformation solutions.
- Lead technical discovery sessions and customer workshops to understand business challenges and define value-driven solutions.




- Develop and validate solution architectures for Power & Process combining Process Automation, Power Management, Industrial Information Systems, AVEVA software, ETAP, and Schneider Electric technologies.
- Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, including solution definition, architecture development, sizing, risk assessment, and value articulation.
- Serve as a technical authority during opportunity development, ensuring alignment with Schneider Electric standards, offers, and strategic direction.
- Collaborate with regional and integral business units, offer managers, delivery organizations, and Centers of Excellence to build competitive and differentiated solutions.
- Engage directly with customers, consultants, EPCs, system integrators, and end users throughout the opportunity lifecycle.
