Mission of the Role
The mission of the Marketing Strategist ( GEO / AEO) is to design and lead AI Visibility strategies that drive measurable business growth through the investment into GEO channels such as on-site content, Reddit, YouTube, Linkedin, Earned Media & Technical SEO. This role combines deep analytical thinking with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly - partnering across teams and clients to turn performance data into actionable strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive, data-driven GEO strategies aligned with client objectives and performance goals.
- Analyze LLM analytics, audience insights, funnel data, and industry trends to uncover strategic opportunities for GEO growth.
- Lead collaborative planning sessions with SEO,



Creative, and Operational teams to ensure content programs operate as cohesive systems.
- Conduct recurring GEO audits, identifying growth gaps and recommending improvements.
- Build scalable frameworks and documentation to standardize strategy execution across accounts.
- Present strategic findings, performance outcomes, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders with clarity and authority.
- Mentor junior strategists by modeling analytical depth, structured thinking, and professional communication.
- Maintain alignment between content initiatives and larger digital marketing and business KPIs.
