The QHSE Analyst will implement and execute all activities defined in the QHSE strategy and within the QHSE annual plan according to defined budget and looking forward to compliance with local legislation, customer requirements and GEA QHSE Policies. This position will work in close collaboration with local managers and individual contributors to minimize risks and to avoid accidents.
Responsibilities / Tasks
- Implement and execute QHSE activities defined at QHSE strategy and Annual Working Plan.
- Ensure application of safety and environmental measures during project/service execution (at the workshop or at customer site).
- Plan and provide QHSE training, onboardings,



safety talks and/or awareness journeys to GEAs employees, newcomers or contractors.
- Perform or support Accident Investigations.
- Ensure implementation of all GEAs Safety core rules and requirements enforced on customer sites.
- Execute inspections and audits at GEAs offices and workshops, projects and/or customer sites.
- Further development and implementation of local QHSE management system and storage records related to QHSE programs and management system implementation.
- Plan and execute maintenance and calibration schedule.
- EPPs or EPIs delivery and administration.
- Develop and update safety procedures and rules.
- Supervise contractors and subcontractors on HSE matters.
- Update the legal requirements matrix and analyze it for proper compliance.
- Report monthly QHSE KPIs
- Support local managers, projects execution and regional QHSE responsible in all matters of Occupational Health and Safety
- Provide HSE Support
