Description:
We are seeking a Collections Specialist to join our dynamic team. The adecuado candidate will have a minimum of 6 months of experience in U.S.



third-party collections and a strong understanding of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). The role requires bilingual fluency in both English and Spanish, as effective communication with a diverse customer base is essential.
As a Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and resolving outstanding debts, negotiating payment terms, and maintaining professional relationships with clients to ensure prompt payment while adhering to all legal and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Debt Collection: Manage and follow up on a portfolio of delinquent accounts by contacting customers via phone, email, or mail.
- Negotiation & Resolution: Negotiate payment arrangements with customers to bring accounts current, ensuring payments are made according to agreed-upon terms.
