Your potential is our inspiration.Where You'll Make a DifferenceDesign and execute sensory, consumer, and cognitive research projects aligned with business and innovation objectivesSelect and apply appropriate research methodologies to address consumer, product, and market questionsEnsure research quality through data validation, cleaning, monitoring, and adherence to established protocolsAnalyze quantitative and qualitative data to generate actionable consumer insights and business recommendationsPartner with Innovation, Creativity & Design (IC&D;), commercial, and cross-functional teams to support product development and decision-makingPresent research findings, conclusions, and recommendations to internal stakeholders and customersMaintain research databases, documentation, and knowledge management resourcesCoordinate and support sensory panels, research activities, technicians, and external partners when applicableContribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance research capabilities, methodologies, and consumer understandingWhat Makes You the Right FitBachelor's degree in Food Science, Consumer Science, Psychology, Market Research, Statistics, Marketing,
