POSITION: Junior GIS Analyst Location: Remote (LATAM) Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST) Compensation: Up to 1200 USD/month (depending on the employer, your experience, and performance) Note: Independent contractor position

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:

- 1-3 years of hands-on GIS experience (cadastral, parcel mapping, infrastructure, environmental, or similar).
- Proficiency in ArcGIS Pro.
- ArcMap experience is a strong plus.
- Experience digitizing, georeferencing, creating shapefiles, and managing geodatabases.
- Comfortable reading property descriptions or land documents to extract boundary data.
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy across multiple concurrent tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data validation and attribute management.
- Self-directed and organized working remotely with minimal daily supervision.
- Strong written English.
