The Qualifications We Seek

Required Qualifications

- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in logistics coordination, transportation, customer service, or a related field
- Ability and willingness to work shifts aligned with the New Mexico time zone (MDT)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and communications
- High level of reliability and punctuality, with consistent commitment to required shift coverage
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Strong English proficiency for clear communication with North American teams
- Professional phone and email communication skills
- Experience in a customer-facing or logistics coordination role

Highly Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Dispatcher, Logistics Coordinator, or Transportation professional
- Familiarity with shipping, courier, or logistics operations
- Experience with shift-based work or customer-facing roles
- Customer service experience
- Experience coordinating with multiple teams or locations
- Knowledge of courier, shipping, or order management systems

- Previous experience in a regulated industry, including TSA or DHS environments
- Bilingual capabilities, with Spanish proficiency considered an advantage
- Familiarity with document generation, including bills of lading and manifests
- Understanding of air courier or freight operations

Technical & Systems Knowledge - Must-Have
- Proficiency with computers and basic Windows or Mac software
- Ability to learn new systems quickly, with training provided
- Confidence in data entry and order management tasks
- Proficiency with email and basic communication tools
- Strong time-zone awareness and comfort working according to New Mexico MDT

Technical & Systems Knowledge - Highly Desired
- Experience with logistics software or order management systems
- Familiarity with carrier systems or shipping platforms
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Experience generating logistics documentation, including bills of lading and airway bills

Your Daily Tasks

- Communicate with company representatives and customers via phone or email, receive orders, and respond to emails and calls promptly, accurately, and professionally
- Respond to customer emails within 15 minutes of receipt
- Understand customer requirements and gather all necessary information accurately
- Process orders accurately using customer and company applications
- Generate required documents, including packing slips, bills of lading, airway bills, international documents, TSA paperwork, and manifests
- Review completed work thoroughly to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Monitor applicable time constraints, including cutoff times, carrier requirements, processing needs, response requirements, and deadlines
- Complete all necessary follow-ups to ensure fulfillment of customer requests
- Process and analyze required reports, including daily checklists and reports that require review and action
- Solicit customer feedback to improve service quality and provide potential leads to the sales team




- Maintain frequent contact with customers and provide updates on onboard times, delivery times, proofs of delivery (PODs), issues, and shipment status
- Communicate with customers to confirm order details and relay special instructions to drivers
- Follow all company policies and procedures, as well as applicable federal, state, and local rules and regulations
- Explain pricing and timing differences across service levels and provide the most cost-efficient option for customers
- Communicate pickup and delivery time frames, locations, points of contact, and shipment details to drivers
- Provide drivers with accurate descriptions of materials, including dimensions, weights, and material types
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining calm, respectful, and professional communication with customers and internal teams
