Business Project Lead

Job Objective

Act as the main liaison between business areas, the IT team and the SAP integrator, coordinating the definition, documentation, validation and monitoring of business requirements to ensure that the implemented solution meets the operational and strategic needs of the organization.

Main responsibilities

- Coordinate the gathering and documentation of business requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions with key users and SMEs .
- Document As- Is and To -Be processes.
- Analyze the impact of change on processes, roles, and operations.
- Review and validate functional designs prepared by the integrator.
- Consolidate requirements and decisions from multiple countries or business units.
- Manage traceability between requirements, configurations, RICEFW developments and tests.
- Identify and escalate functional risks.
- Coordinate and support UAT activities ( User Acceptance Testing ).
- Follow up on the closure of defects and functional observations.
- Support the preparation of training materials together with the OCM team.




- To serve as a central point of contact for functional queries during the project.

Required experience

- 7+ years of experience in business analysis or process improvement.
- Participation in at least 2 or 3 regional-scale ERP implementations.
- Experience working with SAP, Oracle, Dynamics or equivalent ERP systems.
- Knowledge of processes of:
- Finance (P2P, O2C, R2R)
- Procurement
- Supply Chain
- Inventory Management
- Sales Operations
- Experience in multicultural or multi-country environments .
- Experience coordinating business users and external providers.
