We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Track & Trace After Hours Representative to monitor shipment progress and ensure accurate, timely updates throughout the transportation process.

This role is responsible for communicating with drivers and dispatchers, tracking loads, requesting status updates, documenting information, and ensuring all necessary load details are updated so the operations team can maintain visibility and continue managing upcoming shipments effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and track the progress of active loads.
- Contact drivers and dispatchers to obtain timely shipment updates.
- Follow up on pickup, transit, delivery, and other load status information.
- Receive and review load updates through email and other communication channels.
- Accurately update load information in the appropriate systems.
- Add and maintain necessary information for upcoming loads and future weeks.
- Ensure shipment information is complete, accurate, and up to date.
- Identify potential delays, issues, or discrepancies and communicate them appropriately.
- Follow up with carriers, drivers, and dispatchers when additional information is required.
- Maintain clear and accurate records of all updates and communications.




- Prioritize urgent operational needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Support the operations team by providing accurate and timely shipment visibility.
- Perform additional responsibilities related to tracking and transportation operations as assigned.

Requirements

- Minimum 6 months of experience in Logistics, Transportation, Dispatch, Track & Trace, or a related field.
- English level: B2–C1.
- Customer service experience is required or strongly preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple loads simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with drivers, dispatchers, and internal teams.
- Ability to remain organized and focused in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
- Comfortable working with software, applications, operational platforms, and other technology tools.
