Technical Operations & Order Management Specialist

We are currently looking for a Technical Operations & Order Management Specialist to join our team in Bogotá, Colombia.

The position supports an international operation by ensuring smooth order management, operational continuity, and effective coordination between technical and business teams.

About the Position In this role, you will combine technical understanding, operational coordination, data analysis, and problem-solving to support daily operations and ensure that orders and operational activities are managed accurately and efficiently.

In this position, you will be responsible for:

- Supporting the accurate and timely management of operational orders.
- Monitoring workflows, workload, backlogs, and service-level requirements.
- Coordinating technical or operational issues with the appropriate teams.
- Following up on incidents and ensuring timely resolution.
- Supporting special or non-standard operational requests.
- Analyzing operational information and preparing relevant reports.
- Identifying process gaps and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to maintain operational continuity.

What We Are Looking For

- Degree or advanced studies in IT, Systems Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields.




- 1–2 years of experience in technical operations, order management, functional support, IT coordination, or similar operational environments.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and ability to work with operational data.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple activities and stakeholders effectively.
- Strong sense of ownership, follow-up, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a structured, process-oriented environment.
- English proficiency at B1/B2 level or higher is desirable.

It Would Be an Advantage

- Experience with order management or workflow platforms.
- Experience coordinating IT incidents or technical support requests.
- Knowledge of SLA monitoring and KPI reporting.
- Experience in process improvement or operational analysis.
- Previous experience in a multinational or international environment.
