Join our dynamic People & Culture team as a Talent Attraction Intern and play a crucial role in shaping exceptional candidate experiences. This hybrid internship in Cali, Colombia offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment operations and employer branding, contributing directly to our growth.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data accuracy and organization.
- Conduct initial sourcing and screening of early-stage candidates to identify potential fits.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in the execution of employer branding initiatives, including virtual and in-person events.
- Support the planning and logistics for campus recruitment activities and career fairs.
- Help manage candidate communications to ensure a timely and respectful interaction.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of recruitment processes and materials.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English (B2 level or above)
- Proficiency in using digital tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite and AI tools.
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Basic understanding of employer branding principles.
- Experience in event planning or coordination.
