Together, we reimagine good mornings and endless summers, strive for more sustainable ways to beautify and bond, and do it all with not only confidence but determination.Position SummaryThe Business Intelligence Coordinator will be responsible for analyzing and providing strategic insights to support decision-making within the Distributor Cluster including Puerto Rico.Key relationships internally will include Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply, HR and Distributor contacts.Supports business reviews and provides analysis upon request.Participates in forecasting, pricing, incentives and reporting processes.Universal AccountabilitiesBehave in a manner that aligns with The Company’s business goals, objectives, values and code of conductUnderstand and operate in accordance with Company policies and proceduresReporting & Analysis: Develop and maintain regular ad-hoc reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, inventory, and customer metrics.Strategic Decision Support: Provide strategic analysis and recommendations to support decision-makingBusiness Insights: Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making, such as market expansion, product offerings, sales strategies or business trendsCross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between business units (sales, mkt, finance, etc.) to ensure their data needs are met.Optimization Recommendations: Identify and develop opportunities to improve process and system efficiency and effectiveness, based on BI insights to drive performance improvement.Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in business intelligenceSpecific AccountabilitiesData Management and Integration: Gather and consolidate data from various sources (sales, inventory, financial systems, etc.)

Sell In with all necessary details: Vol, NIS, DFF, NCS; and integrate Sell Out of Strategic markets/Accounts).BI Tool Management. Coordinate with relevant teams to manage the setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of BI tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, or other analytics platforms)Data Visualization and Dashboards: Create and maintain interactive dashboards for different stakeholders within the distributor cluster, including senior management, sales teams, and operational staff. Present data in a visually appealing and easily understandable format to help decision-makers quickly grasp key insights.Training and Support: Provide training to internal teams on how to interpret BI reports and use BI tools effectivelyForecasting: Work on forecasting models that help predict future trends in sales, inventory, or market demand based on historical data.Actively participate in EBP focus on commercial meetings and provide inputs in other key meetings like: Monthly Locks (FAST) and full ownership in the SLOBs processPricing Process: Supporting Cluster Pricing analysis and Price setupIncentives: Management of incentive programs for sales forces and merchandisers, including calculation and paymentRequired Skills and ExperienceMarket Analysis and Strategic Thinking: Ability to assess market trends, key players, consumer behaviors, identify opportunities, and develop data-driven strategiesFinancial Acumen: Ability to evaluate the financial viability of business opportunities.Problem Solving and Innovation: Ability to think creatively to overcome challenges and propose innovative solutionsEducational Background: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics,
Statistics, or related fieldProven Track Record: Minimum 2 years of experience in business intelligence or data analysisIndustry Knowledge: Experience in industries relevant to the Company (FMCG / Personal Care).Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, etc.Effective communication and presentation skillsCultural adaptability: Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing prioritiesLeadership and Collaboration: Experience working in cross-functional and multicultural teams.
