If you know Klaviyo inside out and want to become the person others turn to when the question is “How should this actually work?” – while helping shape and grow Woolman’s CRM capability around complex ecommerce clients – this could be your next challenge.Key points about the role at a glanceOwn Klaviyo expertise at Woolman – become the go‑to person for how the platform works, how it should be used and how clients can get more value from it.Own CRM work end‑to‑end across complex ecommerce migration projects and continuous‑service clients.Solve real Klaviyo challenges across customer data, segmentation, lifecycle automation, migrations and deliverability.Help build Woolman’s Klaviyo capability further by guiding the wider team, strengthening the Klaviyo partnership and shaping more repeatable services.Join a flat, trust‑based international team with real autonomy and room to influence how this area develops.Salary: From 5000 €/month depending on experienceWhy this role matters, and why it might be your next moveWhy Klaviyo matters at WoolmanWoolman's mission is simple: help ecommerce brands run and grow on Shopify – and make better use of the customer data and technology around it.CRM – and particularly Klaviyo – has become an increasingly important part of Woolman’s ecommerce work. Our Shopify projects are getting larger and more complex, and CRM is increasingly a core part of both replatforming projects and the continuous development that follows. Around 80% of the Shopify Plus clients we work with use Klaviyo. We’ve now made a clear strategic choice to develop this capability further: Klaviyo is one of Woolman’s most important technology partners alongside Shopify.A business area we want to growWe’ve already seen strong commercial potential around Klaviyo – both within existing clients and through new ecommerce projects – and now want to build this area more systematically.Longer term, the goal is to grow Klaviyo into a stronger and more scalable part of Woolman’s business: deepen our expertise, serve more clients, strengthen the Klaviyo partnership and turn recurring client needs into clearer, repeatable and potentially ongoing services.Your opportunity to shape what comes nextYou won’t be one Klaviyo consultant among twenty. You’ll be one of the people owning and shaping this expertise at Woolman – solving demanding client cases, helping colleagues navigate Klaviyo questions and influencing how our services develop. As the business grows, this role can also become a key senior position in a broader Klaviyo/CRM capability. This is a permanent role with real ownership and room to influence how Woolman’s Klaviyo business develops. This role is idóneo if you're at a point in your career where you want to:Go deeper into Klaviyo rather than constantly switching between different CRM platforms.Work with larger ecommerce brands and genuinely complex CRM environments.Own solutions end‑to‑end instead of focusing only on strategy or execution.Become a trusted Klaviyo expert for both clients and colleagues.Help shape a growing capability rather than step into something already fully defined. What you'll do as our Senior CRM ConsultantAs Senior CRM Consultant, you’ll be the go‑to Klaviyo expert across Woolman’s client work. This is primarily a hands‑on, client‑facing role, where you’ll combine deep product knowledge with an understanding of ecommerce and customer behaviour: what the client wants to achieve,
what Klaviyo can actually do and what the best solution looks like in practice. Our clients are typically mid‑sized and larger retail and consumer brands that invest seriously in ecommerce and CRM. Instead of high volumes of small assignments, you’ll usually work across a couple of substantial projects alongside ongoing client relationships. That can mean:Designing segmentation, lifecycle programmes and automation architecture.Working hands‑on with Klaviyo flows, segments, forms, templates and sending setups.Owning the CRM side of migrations – including customer data, events, targeting logic and dependencies.Translating existing CRM logic and customer data into a new Klaviyo environment without losing what makes it valuable.Planning deliverability and warm‑up strategies to protect sender reputation and inbox placement.Analysing existing Klaviyo setups and identifying what should be changed or improved.Investigating how Klaviyo actually behaves before giving a client an answer – and pushing back when the requested solution isn’t the right one.Ownership doesn’t mean doing everything yourself. You’ll own the Klaviyo direction, while working closely with Lead Consultants, Technical Architects and developers on the wider business context, migrations, integrations and custom development. You’ll also:Help colleagues understand what needs to happen in Klaviyo – and why.Act as one of Woolman’s key day‑to‑day contacts towards Klaviyo.Help more junior CRM colleagues grow their Klaviyo expertise.Spot recurring client needs that could become clearer and more scalable Klaviyo services. So while client delivery is at the heart of the role, you’ll also have real room to develop Woolman’s Klaviyo capability beyond individual projects. What you'll bringThe most important thing is simple: You genuinely know Klaviyo. Not just how to build a flow, but how the platform works underneath the obvious features – how customer and event data behaves, how different setups affect segmentation and automation, what can go wrong in migrations and how to troubleshoot when something doesn’t behave as expected. You likely bring most of the following:Strong hands‑on Klaviyo experience – this is essential.Strong ecommerce lifecycle marketing expertise across segmentation, automation, retention and reactivation, with the ability to turn customer behaviour and business goals into effective lifecycle programmes.Confidence with the more technical side of CRM too: deliverability, authentication, warm‑up, list hygiene, sender reputation, customer data, events, data mapping and migration logic.Client ownership & problem solvingExperience working directly with clients, ideally in larger or more complex ecommerce environments, and translating business needs into practical Klaviyo solutions.Confidence taking ownership, making recommendations and challenging assumptions when the obvious solution isn’t the right one.Clear and confident communication in English with both clients and technical colleagues. And ideally…Experience with Shopify, CRM migrations, SMS or multi‑market ecommerce is a strong plus. Experience with platforms such as Bloomreach, Voyado or Omnisend can also bring useful perspective. Most importantly, you’re the kind of expert who wants to understand how and why something works. You investigate before answering, are comfortable saying “I need to verify that”,
and enjoy solving complex problems more than simply completing tickets. What success looks likeIn 1 month: You’ve started taking over active client work, learned Woolman’s way of working and begun contributing hands‑on to Klaviyo projects. In 3‑6 months: You’re independently owning CRM work across a larger migration project and ongoing clients, and colleagues know they can turn to you with Klaviyo questions. In 12 months: You’re a trusted Klaviyo expert across Woolman’s client portfolio. The wider team’s Klaviyo capability has grown, and we’ve started turning recurring client needs into clearer and more repeatable services. The people you'll work withYou won’t work in an isolated CRM team.Depending on the client, you’ll collaborate with:Lead Consultants, who bring the wider ecommerce and commercial context.Technical Architects and developers, who support integrations, custom development and migration work.More junior CRM specialists, who you can guide and spar with.Klaviyo itself, as an important technology partner and source of product expertise. This means you can specialise deeply in Klaviyo while still seeing how CRM connects to ecommerce, technology and the wider consumer business around it.Woolman’s culture is flat and trust-based. There are no layers of managers telling you what to do next – ownership and initiative are expected from day one.Benefits & salaryWe value transparency. Specific details may vary by location, and we’ll go through them with you during the hiring process.Work–life balance: Flexible hours and real autonomy over how you manage your work across client delivery, capability development and team support.Tools & setup: You choose your own work tools and equipment.Health & wellbeing: Benefits vary by location.Location & remote work: Fully remote in Europe.Salary: From €5,000/month depending on experience and location.About WoolmanWoolman is one of Europe's largest Shopify Platinum partners, operating across the Nordics, the UK and the Netherlands.
