You will be a key member of the Cluster leadership team, shaping the future of and to end supply chain operations in the region.This role is based in Bogota, Colombia.In this role, you will:Lead and manage the end-to-end supply chain for the SBU Cluster, ensuring operational excellence and efficiency.Coach, develop, and inspirehigh-performing teamsto achieve cluster objectives and build long-term capability.Collaborate withregional procurement, competence centers, and execution teamsto ensure integrated planning and alignment.Partner with cluster leadership and regional stakeholders to strengthenend-to-end business processes.Drive digital transformation by implementingsupply chain technology and toolsin partnership with regional leadership.Govern and lead strategic supply chain initiatives, includinginnovation and cost-saving programs.#LI-HYBRIDWhat we look for:10+ years of progressive supply chain management experience acrossmanufacturing, procurement, planning,
