What You’ll Do
- Interview and assess candidates
- Share insights with hiring managers
- Manage and track candidate data
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
- Create and post job ads
- Support offers, onboarding, and HR tasks
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience
- Proficient in using ATS platforms and recruitment tools
- Experience managing "cuota sena" process
- English level: C1
- Energetic, people-oriented, and a team player
- Logistics industry experience is a plus, but not required
