Role Summary

As a Project Manager, you will work alongside a Salesforce delivery team and its clients, coordinating implementation projects so that every deliverable lands on time and on budget. You will be the day-to-day point of contact for the client, keeping stakeholders aligned across all the moving parts of a project.

Responsibilities

- Build project timelines with the client and the delivery team, defining milestones, key deliverable dates, and any use cases with distinct deadlines.

- Coordinate availability, schedule meetings, and distribute invites across client and delivery teams.

- Track tasks and timelines against the Statement of Work and keep team members on track.





- Ensure the client completes their tasks by the requested deadlines and communicate any timeline shifts that result from delays.

- Assign tasks to the right team members using project management tools such as Asana.

- Take notes during all calls and distribute them to client and delivery teams.

- Lead kickoff calls covering introductions, methodology, scope, and next steps.

- Lead weekly status calls and send weekly status reports: completed tasks, upcoming tasks, and budget tracking (hours used and hours remaining).

- Respond promptly to client emails and route questions to the appropriate team member.

- Identify potential risks and issues early and develop mitigation strategies.

Qualifications

- 3–5 years of experience managing software implementation projects with external clients, ideally on Salesforce.

- Foundational knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem.

- Proficiency with project management platforms (Asana or similar).

- Excellent communication, time management, and collaboration skills.

- Strong ability to hold project team members accountable to deliverables.

- Ability to stay organized while balancing several projects at once, managing competing priorities, and apting to changing requirements.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

- Advanced English, written and spoken

Nice To Have

- Salesforce Administrator or other Salesforce certifications.

- PMP, CAPM or Scrum certifications.

- Experience tracking project budgets in hours, and prior work with U.S.-based clients.
