Post Production Manager | Omnicom Production LATAM | Bogotá (Hybrid)

Omnicom Production LATAM is looking for an experienced Post Production Manager to lead high-impact audiovisual projects based in Bogotá. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely.

We are seeking a professional who combines creative vision, technical expertise, and strong project management skills to oversee multidisciplinary teams and ensure the highest quality standards across all deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead post-production projects from brief through final delivery.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and meet expectations.
- Coordinate and supervise editors, colorists, sound designers, VFX artists, and motion graphics teams.




- Ensure all deliverables meet both technical and creative quality standards.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients, creative leadership, and production teams.
- Drive process improvements and explore emerging technologies to optimize workflows and efficiencies.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in advertising, content, or audiovisual post-production environments.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and VFX workflows.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Intermediate English proficiency with experience managing client-facing relationships.
- Passion for innovation, technology, and AI-powered production solutions.
