About the Role

We are looking for an Immigration Paralegal to gather client information, prepare immigration forms, and assemble complete filing packages ready for submission.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, conducting intake interviews, collecting supporting documentation, maintaining updated case files, and tracking deadlines and requirements from immigration authorities. You will also draft forms, letters, and supporting documents, and coordinate appointments and communications with clients, USCIS, and the immigration court.

Requirements

- Full professional fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Prior experience working at a U.S. immigration law firm.
- Knowledge of U.S. immigration law and procedures, including family-based petitions, asylum cases, visa applications, and USCIS filings.
- Experience preparing immigration forms and assembling filing packages.
- Familiarity with basic immigration court filings and procedures.
- Strong document preparation and review skills, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with filing requirements.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills,



with the ability to interact directly with clients in a clear and empathetic manner.
- Academic background in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable home work setup.
- Availability to work during Central Time business hours.

Position Details

- Type: Full time, fully remote open to candidates anywhere in the world
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Central Time (versátil)
- Salary: USD $1,200 per month
