Jobifly is growing, and we're looking for a commercially minded professional to join our team.

This dynamic role combines business development, client relationship management, and sales support, with the chance to contribute directly to Jobifly's growth.

You'll help us open new business opportunities while strengthening relationships and identifying growth opportunities with existing clients.

What you'll do

- Prospect and qualify potential new clients
- Manage inbound leads and conduct outbound outreach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts
- Follow up consistently with prospects and clients throughout the sales cycle
- Support lead generation and digital marketing initiatives
- Keep leads, opportunities, client activity, and follow-ups updated in HubSpot
- Collaborate with our sales, marketing, recruiting, and operations teams

We're looking for someone who

- Has experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management




- Has excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Is comfortable communicating with U.S. business owners and executives
- Is proactive, organized, and consistent with follow-ups
- Has strong relationship-building and commercial skills
- Is comfortable with prospecting and outbound outreach
- Has experience with HubSpot — a plus
- Has experience with ATOM — a plus
- Has exposure to LinkedIn, Meta/Instagram, or other digital marketing channels
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
