Our IT Operations platform is seeking a IT CLOUD PROFESSIONAL to join our team. you will provides operational support for cloud and infrastructure services, managing incidents, service requests, and changes to ensure service stability and performance. The role works across a broader IT Operations environment, collaborates with multiple technology teams, drives technical problem-solving and service improvements, and operates with a high level of autonomy.

What you'll do

- Provide operational support and advanced troubleshooting for cloud and infrastructure services.
- Manage and resolve complex incidents, service requests, and operational changes while following ITIL processes.
- Administer and support technologies such as Azure, Microsoft 365, Identity Services, Virtual Machines, Storage, Backup, SFTP, and VDI .
- Maintain service availability, stability, performance, and support major incident restoration activities.
- Collaborate with Network, Security, Database, and IT Operations teams to resolve cross-functional issues.
- Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, documentation, and service quality enhancements.
- Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and knowledge sharing across the team.

About you





- Strong knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Identity & Access Management, and virtualization technologies .
- Experience supporting Virtual Machines, Azure Virtual Desktop, Storage, Backup, Network Services, Firewalls, SFTP, Kubernetes, DevOps, and Website Hosting services .
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN) and enterprise infrastructure environments.
- Experience with Incident, Request, Change, and Problem Management , preferably using ITSM/ticketing tools.
- 3-5 years of experience in IT Operations, Cloud Operations, Infrastructure Support, or Technical Support roles.
- Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues and supporting enterprise cloud and infrastructure environments.
- Bachelor’s degree or technical degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Preferred certifications: Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and ITIL Foundation .
