This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact and collaborate closely with the leadership team.Key Responsibilities:- Act as the first point of contact alongside the sales team to engage with potential new clients and establish credibility quickly.- Analyze client requirements and work collaboratively with sales and delivery teams to architect optimal ServiceNow solutions tailored to client needs.- Design, price, and scope ServiceNow solutions for prospective clients.- Implement third-party integrations while addressing unique challenges faced by customers.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of ServiceNow solutions.- Participate in ServiceNow Pre-Sales Training programs as needed and achieve relevant certifications.- Contribute to joint account planning sessions and assist in building future roadmaps for clients.- Translate business requirements into Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates and Statements of Work (SOW).Qualifications & Requirements:- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in the ServiceNow ecosystem, with a proven track record in Partner Management.- Strong business acumen with the ability to grasp business strategies, operational processes, challenges, and capabilities.- Proven ability to influence technical decisions by presenting options with clear pros, cons, and associated risks for key design and technical choices.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the confidence to articulate ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.- Exceptional listening skills combined with the ability to present intelligent, thoughtful solutions that resonate with stakeholders.Why Join Us?This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you can leave your personal mark on impactful projects.
