We are looking for an Analytics Lead Manager to build and lead a high-performing team of analytics engineers. In this leadership role, you will own the analytics roadmap, driving the delivery of trusted, AI-ready data products, semantic models, and self-service capabilities. You will partner with business stakeholders to maximize data ROI, drive enterprise data literacy, and establish robust governance across the organization.

Core Tech Stack & Expertise

- Data Platform & BI: Deep knowledge of Snowflake (including Cortex AI), Informatica IDMC, and Power BI.
- Transformation & Architecture: dbt, Medallion Architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold layers), Semantic Modeling.
- Languages & Advanced Tech: Strong SQL and Python. Experience with Machine Learning (ML), Predictive Analytics, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).

Key Responsibilities

- Strategy & Roadmap: Define and align the analytics roadmap with enterprise strategy, prioritizing products by measurable ROI and business value.
- Engineering Leadership:



Mature engineering standards across the Medallion architecture, leveraging dbt for transformation and Power BI for delivery. Drive CI/CD automation for analytics assets.
- Insight & Governance: Establish standards for "gold-layer" datasets and semantic models. Ensure governance-by-design (lineage, metadata, standardized access) and sponsor data quality/observability against SLAs.
- Team Building: Define the operating model and technical career paths, leading a team to hit goals for adoption, delivery velocity, and user satisfaction.

Who We Are Looking For

- Experience: 10+ years of enterprise analytics delivery and engineering, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or team-lead role.
- Language: Advanced English (B2+).
- Skills: Proven background delivering self-service capabilities, semantic layers, and predictive models at scale.
- Bonus Points: Background in professional services, accounting, or consultative tech roles.
