Data Entry Specialist – Medical Prescription Verification

We are currently looking for a Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Bogotá, Colombia.

The position is part of an international operation focused on the management and validation of information related to optical prescriptions received from different global markets.

About the Position The main purpose of this role is to ensure the accuracy, quality, and proper interpretation of information before processing, while taking into account market-specific requirements.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Accurately transcribing information from optical prescriptions.
- Reviewing documents according to requirements applicable to different countries and regions.
- Identifying inconsistencies, missing information, or potential errors.
- Meeting established quality and productivity standards.
- Escalating complex or unclear cases to the specialized team.
- Participating in training, quality sessions, and continuous improvement activities.

What We Are Looking For

- Experience in data entry, transcription, document review, or similar roles.
- Excellent attention to detail, concentration, and accuracy.




- Ability to follow procedures and apply specific requirements consistently.
- Good computer skills and strong organizational abilities.
- Structured, reliable, and results-oriented approach to work.
- Written Mandarin: ability to read and interpret Mandarin characters, preferably Traditional Chinese.

It Would Be an Advantage

- Experience in document review or validation.
- Experience working with technical or regulated information.
- Knowledge of optical prescriptions or related terminology.
- English proficiency to work effectively in an international environment.
