Job Overview:

Our client is looking for a
Bilingual Project Coordinator
to support our construction project managers. This person will be the connective tissue between the field, the office, and our subcontractors — keeping proposals moving, tracking project documentation, and making sure our BuilderTrend records are accurate and up to date. This is a remote position, but you'll be working closely with project managers and communicating directly with Spanish-speaking crews, subcontractors, and clients, so fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is essential.

Schedule:
Remote, Full Time |
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Upper Saddle River, NJ Time with 1 hour unpaid break

Responsibilities:
- Work directly with project managers on a day-to-day basis to support active construction projects
- Prepare, review, and track client and subcontractor proposals from draft through approval
- Perform comparative analysis of proposals and bids (e.g., pricing, scope, terms) to help project managers make informed decisions
- Enter, review,



and reconcile bills and invoices in BuilderTrend, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
- Maintain up-to-date project records, schedules, and documentation within BuilderTrend
- Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients in both English and Spanish, verbally and in writing
- Follow up on outstanding proposals, change orders, and billing discrepancies
- Coordinate with the accounting/finance team to ensure bills are coded and entered correctly
- Flag scheduling conflicts, missing documentation, or budget concerns to the project manager
- Support general administrative and project coordination tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Hands-on experience using
