My VA Support is hiring for a full-time Patient Outreach & Enrollment Representative to support a U.S.-based medical practice. We’re looking for someone with proven sales experience who can connect with prospective patients, explain the practice’s programs, and confidently guide them through enrollment. We’re looking to fill this position as soon as possible.

This is a sales role with a patient-centered approach. You’ll need to follow up consistently, handle questions about pricing and treatment options with care, and stay focused on monthly enrollment goals. The right person will see the base payment as a starting point and be motivated to increase their earnings through results.

What you’ll do

- Speak with prospective patients about the practice’s programs and services.
- Explain program structure, treatment options, pricing, and payment plans using information approved by the practice.
- Build trust, answer questions, and guide interested patients through enrollment and onboarding.
- Follow up with leads consistently and document each interaction in the CRM or patient management system.
- Work toward monthly enrollment targets.
- Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to give patients a smooth experience.

Non-negotiable requirements
- Work arrangement: 100% remote
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Eastern Time
- Engagement type: Independent contractor
- Live in Latin America and be available for a full-time remote position.
- Speak and write English (C1) and Spanish fluently.




- Have previous sales experience and a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
- Be comfortable discussing pricing, following up with leads, and asking for the enrollment.
- Be organized, reliable, and able to keep accurate records of patient conversations and next steps.

Experience in healthcare, wellness, patient coordination, inside sales, or another service-based sales role is preferred. Compensation The initial base payment is USD 800 per month, plus a monthly bonus based on patient enrollments:

This program is newly launching. The current bonus structure is the starting point, and additional incentives may be introduced as the program develops. Depending on individual performance, these could include a percentage of completed enrollments. No additional incentive or percentage-based commission is guaranteed at this stage.

The position has an initial evaluation period of up to three months. The goal during that period is to build enrollment results so that the monthly bonus exceeds the USD 800 base payment.
