About the Role We are seeking a reliable, highly articulate, and detail-oriented Bilingual Appointment Setter / Customer Service Representative to join our growing remote team.
In this role, you will be handling incoming inquiries, managing calendar scheduling, and delivering excellent customer service to high-value clients. This is strictly a Customer Service and Appointment Setting position in the medical field.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a friendly, professional manner.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments on the company calendar.
- Provide high-quality customer support, addressing client questions and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates in our database.
Work Schedule & Benefits
- Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
- Shift Details: Includes a 1-hour meal break per day.
- Time Off: Paid Time Off (PTO)

- Compensation: $6.00 USD per hour, paid weekly, with opportunities for casual performance bonuses.
Requirements
- Language Proficiency: Fully bilingual in English and Spanish with advanced/fluent spoken and written English (C1/C2 level preferred).
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, appointment setting, or administrative support is a plus.
- Communication: Exceptional phone etiquette, active listening, and strong written communication skills.
Technical Requirements (Must-Have) To ensure smooth call quality and system performance, candidates must have their own reliable equipment meeting the following specifications:
- Processor: Intel Core i5 (12th Generation or higher) or equivalent AMD processor.
- RAM: 16 GB RAM minimum.
- Internet Connection: Stable fiber-optic internet with at least 300 Mbps download/upload speed.
- Connection Type: Direct Ethernet cable (LAN) connection required (Wi-Fi is not permitted for stability reasons).
- Headset with a noise-canceling microphone.
