The Role A hands-on role built around data and AI — part of the decision-making process, working with real data, running analysis, applying tools like SQL and Claude to make smarter, data-driven decisions.

If you meet the following requirements, you could be the perfect fit for our team:

- Students currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, or recent graduates with 0-2 years of professional experience.
- Academic Background: Pursuing degrees in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or any other with a strong analytical focus.
- High Achiever: Strong academic record and a proven track record of success.
- Great Communicator: Excellent communication skills, both in Spanish and English.
- Problem Solver: Proactive, creative, and passionate about finding innovative solutions

- Step 1. Application: Fill out our form with your updated resume.
- Step 2. Virtual Conference: Participate in a virtual conference with our founders.
- Step 3. Technical Exercise: If shortlisted, you will be asked to complete a quantitative exercise in person at our offices in Bogotá or remote for other cities.
- Step 4. AI Challenge: You will have to solve a problem and present your ideas on how to solve it using AI as your main tool, this will be in person at our offices in Bogotá and remote for applicants other cities
- Step 5. Business Case Interview: If you are a finalist, you'll be invited to an online interview to discuss your experience and goals.
- Step 6. Final Offer: Congratulations! We'll extend a job offer and get you ready for your exciting onboarding process to start working together in January 2027
