TaskUs Colombia SAS is seeking a Volume Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruitment for high-volume roles. You’ll partner with hiring managers to define criteria, source top talent, and manage pipelines of 100–200 candidates, coordinating interviews and offers.
You will maintain accurate postings, stay data-driven, and promote our brand at events while delivering results in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual skills are a plus as needed.
