Position: Talent Acquisition & Operations Specialist
Location: Remote (Colombia)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 30 hours per week
Language Requirement: Advanced English (B2+ to C1)
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, resourceful, and highly organized Talent Acquisition & Operations Specialist to support our recruitment and operational processes. This role is idóneo for someone who takes ownership, works independently, and consistently drives results without requiring close supervision.
The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing talent, managing candidate pipelines, coordinating recruitment activities, maintaining recruiting data, and supporting operational initiatives. We are seeking someone who naturally anticipates needs, solves problems proactively, and ensures hiring processes move forward efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruiting
- Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, databases, and other sourcing channels.
- Conduct outreach to passive and active candidates via email, phone, LinkedIn,

and other communication platforms.




- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified talent.
- Conduct initial screening interviews and candidate assessments.
- Evaluate candidate qualifications against hiring requirements.
- Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Track candidate progress throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within ATS and recruiting systems.

Operations & Process Management
- Monitor hiring activity and recruitment metrics.
- Follow up with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders to keep processes moving efficiently.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Support operational, administrative, and reporting activities as needed.
