Wave Nine is seeking a Software Implementation Consultant to own the full customer journey from sales handoff to renewal and expansion. You will ensure clients run their OKR strategy and platform usage in a way that delivers alignment, transparency, and accountability while reducing manual overhead.
Responsibilities include leading kickoff meetings, managing milestones, configuring the platform, training clients, and driving retention and cross-sell opportunities with the sales team.
