Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Representative. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing support, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Daily tasks include addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, maintaining customer satisfaction,



and building strong relationships with clients to uphold company standards of service excellence.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Customer Service, ensuring exceptional support and satisfaction
- Experience in Customer Relations, Customer Support, and improving Customer Experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in customer service are advantageous
- 500 USD
- 6 days a week
