The Middle School Humanities Teacher provides engaging, student-centered instruction that integrates English language arts, literature, history, and social studies. The teacher designs standards-aligned learning experiences that develop students’ critical thinking, communication, research, reading, and writing skills. Responsibilities include differentiating instruction, assessing student progress, and using data and feedback to support continued growth. The teacher creates an inclusive classroom environment that encourages inquiry, discussion, collaboration, and exploration of diverse perspectives and cultures. Effective communication and partnership with students, families, colleagues, and support teams are essential. Candidates should demonstrate strong content knowledge, effective instructional practice,



collaboration, and a commitment to adolescent learners and the school’s mission and values.

Requerimientos:

? Degree in Education, Humanities, English, History, or a related field

? Master’s Degree in Education or Humanities (preferred)

⏳ Minimum of two years of successful teaching experience in a bilingual or international school environment

?️ Bilingual proficiency – C1 level in English

? Demonstrated expertise in integrating language arts and social studies, and fostering critical thinking
