About the role
We're a fast-growing recruitment agency that relocates blue-collar workers from Latin America to Germany — handling the full journey from language training to visas, travel, and housing. We're looking for someone to join our operations team and support the day-to-day coordination that keeps candidates moving smoothly through the process.
This is an individual contributor role — you won't be managing a team, but you'll be hands-on with real operational tasks that directly affect people's relocation.
What you'll do
- Complete visa and embassy paperwork for candidates being placed in Germany
- Check in with clients on the status of already-placed candidates
- Reach out to companies in Germany that can support relocated workers (e.g. housing providers) and coordinate services on their behalf
- Handle other operational and organizational tasks as they come up
What we're looking for
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, coordination, administration, or a related client-facing role
- Conversational Spanish, German and English — comfortable speaking, not just written/translated
- Organized, detail-oriented, comfortable with paperwork and process-heavy tasks
Nice to have
- Experience with visa/immigration processes
- Familiarity with recruitment or relocation processes
