Customer Service & Scheduling Concierge – Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused professional to be the first point of contact for our clients. This role combines exceptional customer service, scheduling coordination, and administrative support to create a smooth and positive experience for both customers and our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Communicate with customers by phone, email, text, and online platforms.
- Answer questions and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments using scheduling software.
- Coordinate calendars, cancellations, waitlists, reminders, and schedule changes.
- Maintain accurate customer records and appointment information.
- Provide administrative support and help keep daily operations organized.
- Communicate proactively with customers and team members to ensure everything runs smoothly.

What We’re Looking For:

- 2+ years of experience in customer service,



reception, scheduling, or administration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and time-management abilities.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM, and scheduling software.
- A positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience in home improvement or office scheduling is a plus.
