We are looking for a senior AI for Managers Teaching Expert with direct professional experience in the insurance or insurance-brokerage industry and strong knowledge of the Latin American business environment.
You will deliver a four-week program for senior managers at a major LATAM insurance-brokerage group. The program consists of five live virtual sessions focused on practical AI applications for management, decision-making, productivity, automation, and business transformation.
The workshop materials are already prepared. Your role will be to deliver the sessions, prepare through dry runs, adapt examples to the insurance-brokerage context, and help participants apply the course concepts to their own business projects. You will also act as a trusted subject-matter expert who can discuss the operational,



strategic, governance, and risk implications of AI adoption.
