Glen Group are recruiting for an experienced Area Cleaning supervisor, to assist our Area Cleaning Manager with our on‑site cleaning teams over a growing portfolio of around currently 21 prestige sites (Warehouses, Office's & Education settings) in the M3/M4 Corridor, Alderholt, Farnborough & surrounding area's.
You will need to be available to work Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week at £15.50 per hour.
Due to the different shift times within the portfolio, you must be available to work between the hours of 6am-8pm.
To be successful in the application process, you need to have a Full UK Driving License & be willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS Check.
You will also need to be able to provide 5 years address history as Airport Clearance along with SC Clearance will be required & applied for before starting.

- Correcting cleaning issues
- Carrying out on‑site Audits with our Clients
- Communication with our Clients
- Training new starters
- Refresh training to all Cleaning Employees
- Be versátil on working times
- Working closely with our Area Manager
- Covering the Area Manager's Annual Leave
- Experience is required and essential within the cleaning industry and supervision.
