The position facilitates liaison with partners and stakeholders, monitors workplan implementation, and provides recommendations.
Job purpose: The Senior Shelter and Settlements Cluster Associate plays a crucial role in supporting the National Shelter and Settlements Cluster in Colombia. The primary purpose of this role is to ensure effective coordination and monitoring of all administrative, operational, and information management activities within the cluster. This involves fostering strong relationships with cluster partners, government counterparts, and other humanitarian actors. The incumbent will monitor the progress of agreed activities and workplans, analyze operational data,



and provide strategic recommendations to enhance the cluster's effectiveness. By compiling, analyzing, and presenting information on emergency preparedness, shelter and site management, population movements, and community engagement, the role contributes to a more organized and responsive humanitarian effort in Colombia, ensuring alignment with established cluster plans and IOM procedures.
