Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for Innovative Medicine in Bogota, Colombia. You will own full-cycle recruitment for LATAM, lead delivery and assessment of talent, and build a strong candidate pipeline with external ambassadors.
You will collaborate with business partners, provide market insights, and ensure an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience across the LATAM region. Fluency in English and Spanish is required; Portuguese is a plus.
