This person will gather and translate business requirements while owning user experience and process improvement initiatives from prioritization through implementation and measurement. They must be proactive, comfortable working across business and technology teams, and able to drive progress without direct authority or constant prompting.
Job Duties:
- Meet with stakeholders and end users to understand business needs, pain points, and workflow barriers
- Gather and document business requirements, processes, functional specifications, and process flows
- Own UX and business-process improvement initiatives from prioritization through implementation
- Maintain a prioritized backlog based on feedback, operational metrics, support trends, and business objectives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and keep stakeholders aligned on actions and decisions
- Support testing, QA, training plans, user training, production support, and user documentation
- Develop business cases, ROI calculations, cost assessments, benefit statements,



and risk analyses
- Conduct root-cause analysis and support defect resolution
- Measure and communicate the effectiveness of implemented improvements

Must Haves:
- 5+ years of Prior experience leading UX or business-process improvement initiatives in an enterprise environment
- Demonstrated ability to take an improvement from concept through implementation
- Business requirements gathering and functional documentation experience
- Experience analyzing user feedback, support trends, operational metrics, and business needs
- Cross-functional coordination across business and technology teams
- Ability to influence and drive change without direct authority
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
- Experience translating user pain points into practical and measurable improvement
