Job Purpose:





We are seeking an experienced Software Application Support Engineer and Level 3 Engineer to join our Payments Technology team. This role is suited for a hands‑on engineer who can develop and enhance mission‑critical payment applications, provide deep technical ownership for complex production issues, and drive continuous improvement through automation, cloud engineering, and AI‑enabled solutions. The successful candidate will work across application development, L3 incident/problem resolution, platform reliability, and intelligent automation to help build scalable, resilient, and future‑ready payment platforms.

- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise‑grade payment applications using Java/.NET and modern engineering practices.
