Summary
As a Service Technician at Vaughan Pools, Inc., you will provide on-site maintenance, diagnostics, repair, and customer support for swimming pool systems throughout central Missouri. This role requires strong technical ability, professionalism when working with customers, and a willingness to learn all aspects of the pool service trade. This is a full-time, year-round position with opportunities for growth within the company.
Responsibilities




- Travel to customer locations throughout central Missouri to perform scheduled pool service and maintenance.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair pool equipment and systems including pumps, filters, heaters, and related components.
- Perform pool openings, closings, cleanings, and routine maintenance services.
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding work performed, findings, and recommended next steps.
- Complete service documentation, work orders, and reports accurately and in a timely manner.
- Safely operate company vehicles, tools, and equipment while maintaining an organized work environment.
- Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines.
- Coordinate with team members and office staff regarding schedules, parts, and customer needs.
- Continuously develop technical knowledge and skills within the pool service industry.
