Job Description
- Advanced Agile project planning and execution
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
- Strategic thinking with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Agile tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Planner (Premium), or similar
- Experience with vendor management and contract oversight
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing large-scale projects
- Proven experience leading Agile teams through full project lifecycles
- PMP Certification (required)
- Experience with Agile project management tools
- One or more Agile certifications preferred, including:
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Information Technology, or related field
- 10+ years of project management experience in government or enterprise environments
- Experience leading application migration or modernization projects
- Knowledge of South Carolina state government operations, procurement, and fiscal policies
- Strong background in enterprise IT systems and cross-agency collaboration
- Proven success managing vendors and complex contracts
