InPublicisGroupe/PXP-Bogotá,weareseekingaCreativeDirectorwith2to3yearsofexperienceinaudiovisualproduction,advertisingandmarketingagencies.Yourmissionistoprovideartisticandconceptualdirectionforadvertisingcampaignsacrossvariousbrands.

Responsabilidades
- Leadthecreationanddevelopmentofinnovativeandstrategicconcepts,ensuringalignmentwiththeclient'sbrandvisionandvalues.
- Directandsupervisecreativeteams,providingguidanceandensuringprojectdelivery.




- Managebriefsforfollow-upandexecution.
- Overseeandtrackcreativeprojects,ensuringalignmentwiththerequirementsofassignedaccounts.
- Stayupdatedonindustrytrendsandnewtechnologiestointegratefreshandinnovativeapproachesintocreativework.
- Ensurecompliancewithcompanyprocesses,policies,andproceduresatbothlocalandregionallevels.

Cualificaciones
- Skillsincustomerservice,analysis,organization,negotiation,andprojectmanagement.
- Strongleadershipandteammanagementskills,withtheabilitytoinspireandmotivatecreativeteams.
- Experienceincreatinginternationallyrecognizedaward-winningcampaigns,preferablywithawardsfromfestivalssuchasCannesLions.
- KnowledgeofprojectmanagementtoolssuchasCOR,Asana,Trello,orJira.
- Abilitytoworkinafast-pacedenvironmentandmanagemultipleprojectssimultaneously.
- English proficiency.
