How you create impact
- Manage pay ranges and salary structures:
Maintain and analyze pay ranges, ensuring they are aligned with internal structures, job levels, and the company's compensation philosophy.
- Support compensation benchmarking: Conduct market analysis and salary benchmarking to assess competitiveness and identify opportunities for adjustments.
- Provide compensation insights: Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders by providing data-driven recommendations on salary positioning, offers, promotions, and internal movements.
- Ensure internal equity: Analyze compensation data to identify potential inconsistencies and support a fair and consistent approach to pay across roles and organizational levels.
- Contribute to Total Rewards initiatives: Support compensation cycles, salary reviews, annual processes, and continuous improvement projects related to the company's Total Rewards strategy.
