What you will be doing:
We are looking for a Mid-Level Shopify Developer with solid web development experience and hands-on knowledge of Shopify storefront customization. The ideal candidate can work independently on day-to-day development tasks, build responsive storefront experiences, integrate third-party services, and troubleshoot production issues with guidance when needed.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of professional web development experience with focus on Shopify.
- Hands-on experience developing and customizing Shopify storefronts.
- Experience with Liquid and Shopify theme architecture.
- Strong knowledge of:
- HTML
- CSS/SCSS
- JavaScript
- Responsive/mobile-first development
- Experience with at least one back-end technology such as Node.js, Python, Ruby, or PHP.
- Familiarity with REST or GraphQL APIs and third-party integrations.
- Basic understanding of online payments, tokenization, and PCI considerations.
- Good understanding of UI/UX principles and e-commerce customer experiences.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams.
