Professional Knowledge: Solid understanding of game operations, marketing, user growth, community management, and data-driven optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned games and track revenue, paying users, retention, and engagement.
- Plan and execute game operation and marketing campaigns, including promotions, user activities, and community events.
- Operate gaming communities and maintain engagement with core users.
- Work with KOLs, publishers, and internal teams to support user growth and campaign delivery.




- Analyze operation data and provide optimization recommendations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- 1+ years of experience in gaming, marketing, digital operations, community operations, or related fields.
- Good understanding of LATAM gamers and mobile gaming trends.
- Good communication, execution, and basic data analysis skills.
- Experience in community management, marketing campaigns, KOL cooperation, or user growth is preferred.
- English and Spanish are required; Portuguese is a plus.
